Layout - rate per page
Text only $8.00 to $12.00
Layout with images, tables, etc. $12.00 to $22.00

(Layout rates depend on page size and complexity of the layout.)

Creation of diagrams, tables, etc. $6.00 to $25.00 per item.

Cover design rate
Basic design (text only or image supplied) $550.00
Standard design $850.00

Scanning - rate per scan
Standard scan (up to A5) $11.00
Standard scan (larger than A5) $16.00
High-quality scan $30.00

(A standard scan is suitable for most purposes.)

Image retouching - rate per image
Minor clean up $22.00
Substantial retouching $33.00 to $55.00

(We offer scanning and retouching only as part of a book package.)
